Removing stains and dirt
How do you remove cement haze?
With an acidic cement haze remover: on porcelain stoneware FP 78, on granite and acid-resistant stone ZE77. Pre-wet the joints, apply diluted 1:10 (heavy: 2–3:10), scrub, rinse thoroughly. Do not use on marble. Read the guide
How do you remove oil stains from stone?
With OE 68 oil and stain paste: apply approx. 3 mm, let dry for 12–24 hours, remove, then wash with water and GR 75. Read the guide
How do you remove limescale from marble?
Acid-free only, e.g. with UR 27: spray on, leave briefly, wipe off with a wet sponge. Vinegar and descalers etch marble. Read the guide
How do you remove rust stains from stone?
Granite: RE 76, leave for 12–24 h. Marble and limestone: RM 70, 5–15 minutes. Read the guide
How do you clean black grout in the shower?
With SE 64 grout cleaner: apply undiluted, leave for 20–30 minutes, scrub, rinse. Grey cement grout: ZR 66. Read the guide
How do you remove graffiti from stone?
With AP 63 anti-graffiti paste (20–30 min) or liquid GE 60 (approx. 1 hour), then rinse off with a water jet. Read the guide
How do you remove candle wax from stone?
Scrape off, spray the residue with KE 67, then wash with water and GR 75. Grease shadows: OE 68. Read the guide
How do you remove epoxy grout haze?
With EE 62 epoxy remover: apply undiluted, leave for 45–60 minutes, scrub, wash off. Read the guide
How do you remove efflorescence?
On acid-resistant surfaces with SF 79 or ZE77: pre-wet the joints, scrub, rinse thoroughly. Read the guide
How do you remove algae and green growth from facades?
Spray on AR 50 (1:3) and let the weather do the rest. Not for terraces, paths or roofs. Read the guide
Cleaning and care by material
How do you clean marble?
Acid-free with UR 15 (polished) or UR 14 (honed), 1–2 dl per 10 L of water. Read the guide
How do you restore the shine to marble?
Slightly dull: UR 11 self-shine. Dull etch marks: crystallisation with KP 30. Read the guide
How do you clean granite?
Worktops daily with UR 25, limescale with UR 26, floors with UR 15 or UR 14. Read the guide
How do you clean porcelain stoneware?
Daily with UR 17 (residue-free); for grey haze, a deep clean with FF 74. Read the guide
