Refund policy

This translation is provided for information only. The German version is legally binding.

Return period

You can return unopened and undamaged products to us within 30 days of receipt.

Conditions

• The goods are unopened, unused and in their original packaging.
• A copy of the invoice or the order number is enclosed with the return.
• Please notify us of the return in advance by e-mail to info@stoneclear.ch or by phone on +41 79 606 01 99.

Excluded from return

For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or partly used cleaning, care and sealing products cannot be taken back.

 

Return costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. If goods are defective or were delivered incorrectly, we cover the return costs.

Refund

Once the return has been received and checked, we refund the purchase price within 14 days via the original payment method. The original shipping costs are not refunded, except for defective or incorrectly delivered goods.

 

Defective or damaged goods

Please report visible transport damage immediately and hidden defects within 5 days of receipt (see T&C §6). For warranty claims on equipment, our T&C §8 and §9 apply.

 

Customers in Germany / EU

Your statutory right of withdrawal is not affected by this policy.
