Short answer: graffiti and paint are removed with a solvent-based paint remover. For vertical surfaces (façade, wall), AP 63 Anti-Graffiti Paste is suitable: apply approx. 1 mm thick, leave for 20–30 minutes, wash off with a brush and water jet. For larger or horizontal surfaces, use the liquid GE 60 Paint Stain Remover: apply with a brush or roller, leave for approx. 1 hour, rinse off with a gentle water jet.

Guide: removing graffiti with AP 63
- Wear safety goggles and protective gloves. Protect adjacent painted surfaces.
- Work the paste into the pores with a spatula.
- Apply a layer of approx. 1 mm.
- Leave for 20–30 minutes.
- Wash off carefully with a brush and water jet. Where the substrate allows, a pressure washer is particularly effective.
- Repeat if necessary.
Guide: removing paint with GE 60
- Apply GE 60 undiluted with a brush or roller.
- Leave for approx. one hour.
- Rinse off carefully with a gentle water jet. On resistant substrates a pressure washer can be used.
- Repeat if necessary.
If in doubt, always test in an inconspicuous spot first. Immediately wash off splashes on painted surfaces with plenty of water.
Other cases

Frequently asked questions
How quickly should I remove graffiti?
As soon as possible. The longer paint hardens in the pores, the more passes are needed.
Is a pressure washer alone enough?
For paint, usually not – it only removes the surface and can damage soft stone or joints. Combined with AP 63 or GE 60, on the other hand, it is very effective.
Can I remove felt-tip pen from marble?
Yes, AP 63 and GE 60 also remove felt-tip marks from marble. Test in an inconspicuous spot first.
Large areas?
For façades and large areas we can also take care of the cleaning as a service. +41 41 790 38 05
