SB 49 Slate Oil / Stone Oil
Refresh and protect slate: SB 49 is a natural protective treatment for slate – floors, walls, parapets, tables, etc. It restores richer colours to the surface and gives it temporary protection. Re-soiling is greatly reduced.
Directions
- Check the oil absorbency of the slate beforehand. Only treat clean, thoroughly dry surfaces.
- Apply undiluted and sparingly with a soft brush, cloth or soft roller.
- Allow to soak in.
- Rub off excess oil with a cotton cloth.
Coverage: 1 L for approx. 20–40 m², depending on absorbency.
Care: Repeat the treatment periodically. UR 14 floor care for porous stone supports the protection and extends it considerably.
Notes: Flammable. Do not keep soaked rags (risk of self-ignition); dispose of them in metal tins. If in doubt, test on an inconspicuous area.
